Architecture and Regional Planning
The areas of my research interest include Building Physics and Energy Efficient Design, Building Construction and Management, Earthquake resistant building design and Disaster Management. Presently, I am guiding three Ph.D. scholars in the following topics: (i) Development of a sustainable building assessment model, (ii) Delay analysis of high-rise construction projects in India, (iii) Vulnerability and disaster risk assessment framework in urban areas. In near future, I am like to focus on the research and guidance in building energy modelling, optimization and rating system.
