I am an academic philosopher, a Professor of Philosophy at IIT Kharagpur. I work in and publish regularly in a broad range of areas in Philosophy, including philosophy of mind, logic, bioethics, public health ethics, and business ethics. Currently I am working on two books. One is the Third Edition of my textbook in Logic "LOGIC: Informal, Symbolic and Inductive". The other one is a much-awaited textbook in Ethics.
In the Autumn 2017 Semester, I am teaching Symbolic Logic (HS30068) to the undergraduate students of IIT Kharagpur, and Corporate Social Responsibility (HS60069) to the Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) Students of IIT Kharagpur.
In Spring 2018, I shall teach Introduction to Ethics (HS30070) to the undergraduate students of IIT Kharagpur, and Business Society and Ethics (HS60066) to the Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) Students of IIT Kharagpur.
I am willing to engage as a professional colleague, and I am open to academic discussion on many other issues, and to contribute to exchange of ideas nationally as well as internationally.
