Responsibilities

  • Assistant Warden, Neheru Hall

Research Areas

  • land surface processes & environment
  • Climate Impacts on Water Resources
  • Catchment modelling and management
  • Hydroinformatics
My research focusses on studies of hydrological processes and understanding the effects of interactions between water, atmosphere and landscape under current and future climate/land use conditions. I have work experiences with different UK universities (University of Bristol, University of Hull, Cranfield University and Centre for Ecology and Hydrology, Wallingford) on different projects relating to water and land resources. I was also involved with MoES (India)-NERC (UK) Changing Water Cycle South Asia project. Our group research interests include data subjectivity on hydrology, land surface processes and weather,  impact of climate change on water resources, catchment modelling and water management.
