| Sri Kapil Sibal, the Union Minister, Human Resource Development, Government of India, is a Master in Law from Harvard, a prominent Indian politician and former lawyer He had the distinction of declining the Indian Administrative Service and instead took up Law as his profession. Shri Sibal obtained his M.A. in History from St. Stephen's College, Delhi and Batchelor of Law from University of Delhi. Over the years, he has held several important positions in the Government of India.
