| MAIN HOTEL ACCOMMODATION FOR PARTICIPANTS OF INDIA RUBBER EXPO 2009 |
Recommended Hotel is “Hyatt Regency Kolkata” where the Association has reserved a limited number of rooms for India Rubber Expo 2009. The rooms at this hotel can be reserved at concessional rates ( before 30 November, 2008), as under:
The demand for hotel rooms in January is usually very high. In order to avoid disappointment, early booking is recommended.
The hotel tariffs, as above, are indicative and may go up during the peak season of December to February following.
Request for booking shall be entertained by the Hotels subject to availability of rooms.
As for Hyatt Regency Kolkata, the specified rates are as contracted by AIRIA for 75 rooms for the guests taking part in
the IRE 09 International Conference. These special rates will hold good from two days prior to two days after the event provided the booking is made on or before 30 November, 2008 subject to availability. In case the guests fail to
arrive despite booking, they will be liable to pay cancellation charges to Hyatt Regency Kolkata for one room night if it is
intimated well in advance. Or else, cancellation charges will apply for the full length of the booking.
For booking the guests need to furnish details of their Credit Card valid till February 2009.
