The core purpose of the IRE 2009 is to give the Indian Rubber Industry a hands-on feel of global achievements and trends in the field along with the latest technological advancements available. It will also provide a common forum for all Asian countries to work together, leverage shared strategies to explore opportunities - very relevant, because Asian markets are today the second-largest consumers of natural rubber and have a growth rate higher than its European counterparts. Experts from Asian countries such as Japan, China, Malaysia, and Korea will come together with specialists from the USA, Germany and The Netherlands to discuss emerging market scenarios, technologies, alliances, etc. |
