One corporate brochure will be included in the Conference kits
provided requisite numbers of the brochure are made available to
the Association in advance.

During the lunch/dinner a separate banner showing the name and
logo of the Company as exclusive sponsor of the lunch/dinner will
be visibly displayed at the venue, and the Sponsor can invite as
many as 10 guests of their choice to the luncheon/dinner on the
same day.
In this case of sponsorship of dinner, facilities will be provided to
the sponsor for about ten minutes to address the gathering at the
dinner party about their Company and launching of their new products, if any.

Note:
The registered 'Guests' will be welcomed by invitation in all the functions including Lunch, Dinner and Cultural Programme to be
organized by AIRIA, free entry in the Exhibition area and also in the Conference Sessions.
The Delegates are entitled to attend the Technical Conference Sessions and shall be provided with Conference kits and lunch coupon for (29 - 31 January 2009).
