My primary area of research is to investigate how the implementation of critical operations and supply chain management decisions, such as ordering, pricing, etc. are influenced by human behavior, such as inequity aversion behavior. The real-life problems associated to inventory management, supply contracts are mathematically formulated and analyzed under newsvendor, and non-cooperative game theoretic frameworks. The applications are extended to some of the primary areas of supply chain management such as dual-channel supply chain, green/sustainable supply chain, agri-food supply chain, option contracts, blockchain technology, IoT, etc.
Looking forward for industrial collaboration/consultancy/research projects (short to medium duration).
Also open to take UG/PG students for projects in supply chain management domain.
