Vinod Gupta School of Management
My research interests are in the broad areas of Indian commodity spot and derivatives market and Indian capital market. In the commodity derivatives area, my interests are in the commodity hedging strategies by companies and different aspects of modeling and pricing of commodity derivatives. In the Indian capital market, my interest has been in the broad areas IPOs pricing, buybacks and delisting of companies, ADRs/GDRs issues by Indian companies.
Another stream of research which I enjoy focuses on study of various aspects of FDI entry strategy, foreign (technological & financial) collaborations by multinational companies.
