My research focuses on two-dimensional materials and their heterostructures. Using
nanofabrication, device engineering, and electronics, I wish to develop nanoscale multifunctional devices. A key goal is to translate
2D material–based sensors and devices into
scalable technologies and deployable sensing platforms with potential for real-world applications.
Looking for motivated and sincere students who are interested in quantum materials, nanofabrication, opto-electronic devices, data processing and simulations on nano-electronic devices.
Feel free to get in touch! BTP and MTP are most welcome. Email me at shaili@atdc.iitkgp.ac.in
