Our research focuses on the development of functional nanomaterials and organic semiconductors for advanced electronic and energy applications. We develop growth and functionalization strategies for 2D materials such as graphene, MoS2, WS2, and so on, and their corresponding quantum dots, alongside engineered small organic molecules, including self-assembling molecules used to create highly stable, lead-free, and low-dimensional 2D perovskites. These studies will lead to the development of high-performance devices for energy conversion, such as photodetectors and perovskite solar cells, and energy storage devices, such as supercapacitors and batteries. We aim to achieve superior functionality and drive innovation in next-generation nanodevice technology by tailoring material architectures at the nanoscale.
