In the span of my clinical, teaching, training and research career till date, I have gained experience in teaching undergraduate MBBS, Nursing (undergraduate BSc and post graduate MSc) and Physiotherapy students. I have been trained in Revised Basic Course Workshop (RBCW) & AETCOM and Curriculum Implementation Support Programme (CISP - II); also acted as a resource person in a CISP – II program previously.
Recent years, I have acted as a faculty for the course – ‘Ethics in Biomedical Research’ for students (SMST & Other), IIT Kharagpur.
I have successfully Organized different Symposiums (on Dengue, Mental Health, Diabetes and Psycho-spiritual Health) including the role of a Speaker.
I have completed an online Swayam-NPTEL Multidisciplinary course (Total 3 SME/ faculties) titled – ‘An Integrated Approach to Common Childhood Diseases and Developmental Disorders in India (12 Weeks)’ and now, running in Re-run mode.  I have also acted as a Teaching Assistant (TA) in another 4 weeks Swayam-NPTEL course (Total 2 SME/ faculties) titled – ‘Adolescent Health and Well-Being: A Holistic Approach (4 Weeks)’. 
I had acted as an Internal and External Examiner in the 3rd Professional MBBS Part-I Examination (Regular and Supplementary) under different state Universities of Health Sciences/ University.
I have published scientific research papers (Total=46) in NMC (National Medical Commission) indexed National (41) and International (5) journals out of which 12 are Pubmed and Embase/ Scopus indexed; also contributed 2 chapters in two different books. My citation indices are as follows- h index: 12, i10 index: 15 with 567 citations overall; Research Gate interest score being 439.30. I am also a reviewer in few NMC indexed prestigious journals such as Indian Journal of Public Health (IJPH), Indian Journal of Community Medicine (IJCM), Journal of Education and Health Promotion (JEHP), BMC Health Service Research and Journal of Comprehensive Health (JCH, under the IAPSM-WB).
