My research will concentrate on integrating process control and data analytics within the chemical and biochemical industries to enhance efficiency and product quality. The objective is to develop a predictive approach that optimizes complex manufacturing processes by leveraging Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Furthermore, these research findings can be expanded to transform the healthcare sector through innovative biomanufacturing processes and the creation of affordable healthcare solutions.
Central to the work will be the concept of Smart Manufacturing, which employs Industry 4.0 principles to establish interconnected systems for real-time data exchange. This strategy enhances operational visibility and responsiveness. Another key focus will be on AI-enabled image pattern recognition techniques for automated quality control and process monitoring, facilitating real-time anomaly detection and minimizing defects. Through interdisciplinary collaboration, we aim to advance sustainable and efficient manufacturing solutions, revolutionizing the industry with intelligent, data-driven systems.
