  • 1. Development of novel covalent inhibitors for protein targets in cancer and neurodegenerative diseases.
    2. Design new electrophilic warheads to enhance the potency and selectivity of covalent inhibitors.
    3. Novel chemistry techniques for chemical biology applications, such as proteomics, activity-based protein profiling (ABPP),
        turn-on fluorescent probes, prodrugs, cellular labeling with small molecule probes, live cell imaging, protein degradation kinetics,
        high-throughput screening assay development, and covalent docking.
