My research centers on theoretical investigations of the formation of the first luminous sources in the Universe, along with developing methods to detect these faint primordial objects and quantify their impact on the intergalactic medium (IGM). These early sources were instrumental in transforming the ionization and thermal state of the IGM during the Cosmic Dawn and the Epoch of Reionization. Overall, my work aims to probe the physical conditions of the high-redshift Universe, corresponding to the first billion years of cosmic history.
