My research lies at the intersection of computational mechanics and multi-physics simulation. I develop monolithic finite element formulations — where all governing equations are solved simultaneously — for problems involving the coupled interaction of fluids, structures, thermal fields, and electrostatics. Applications of my work span MEMS device design, floating body hydrodynamics, pantograph–catenary dynamics in high-speed railways, and thermoelastic stress analysis for nuclear and high-temperature engineering. A unifying goal across all my work is to develop methods that are mathematically rigorous, numerically stable, and practically relevant to real engineering design and safety challenges. I welcome collaborations from academia and industry on problems where high-fidelity computational modeling can create meaningful impact.
