Dr. Binita Tiwari, with a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, focuses her research on Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, and Industrial Psychology, particularly with a focus on the evolving dynamics of the modern workplace. Her research work has been widely recognized, including being named one of the Top 10% Best Papers in the HR Division at the 2024 Academy of Management Annual Meeting. She has also received accolades from prestigious platforms such as the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) and others. Her research projects are funded by notable agencies, including IMPRESS, ICSSR, the Ministry of Law and Justice, and Rourkela Municipal Corporation. She has conducted several workshops and training sessions for reputed organizations on Organizational Behavior and HRM best practices.
